Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Because our press-on nails are fully customized and handcrafted to your specific measurements and design requests, our policies differ from standard high-street shops. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom Orders & Final Sales

  • All sales are final. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom-made goods and items made to a consumer’s specifications are legally exempt from standard 14-day cancellation and change-of-mind return rights.
  • Once order production or design consultation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded.

2. Sizing & Fit Responsibility

  • Customer Accuracy: You are entirely responsible for providing accurate nail measurements or selecting the correct pre-configured sizes (if applicable).
  • No Refunds for Mis-sizing: We cannot offer refunds, replacements, or free alterations if the nails do not fit due to incorrect sizing provided by the customer.
  • Sizing Kits: We highly recommend purchasing one of our Sizing Kits prior to placing a custom order to guarantee a flawless fit.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if your goods are faulty or not as described.

  • Reporting Window: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in transit, contains a clear manufacturing fault, or is sent in the wrong design/size due to an error on our part, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence Required: Please email us at mia@pressandgonails.store with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue, including the packaging if it was damaged in transit.
  • Resolution: If verified as our error or a genuine fault, we will gladly arrange a priority replacement set, a repair, or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Hygiene & Safety

  • For hygiene and public health protection, nail sets that have been worn, glued, filed, or altered by the customer under any circumstances cannot be returned or refunded, even if a fault is claimed after application.

5. Color and Design Variations

  • Please note that because every single nail set is individually hand-painted, minor variations in design, detail, and crystal placement may occur.
  • Colors may appear slightly different in person compared to your digital screen due to monitor settings and photographic lighting. These minor variations are a hallmark of handmade art and do not constitute a product fault.
